It’s time to return back to work as a dishwasher at Dave’s Diner. Unless…?
And not to mention, the mysterious ‘Stag person’ (that you may meet through certain choices…) finally has his own sprite! And what a hunk he is!
Note: He does not appear in Dave’s day 2 so if you’re looking for him, I’ll give you a hint. (Markus!)
And if you already haven’t noticed, I did some work on the UI side of the VN. Moved some things here and there as well as adding a new name box! Let me know what you think. (Be gentle.. > )
The music gallery has also been implemented into the VN! The design is pretty rudimentary but I’m fairly happy with it! And the best of all, it works!
Pssst, I even made some basic tunes myself!

Well, remember when he mentioned that he’d take you to his gym?
I want to say more, but at the same time, I don’t want to spoil the surprise too much.
Besides that, I did some cleaning and updating some older graphics to make every sprite look a little more consistent. For instance, the shading on some of the character’s clothing are ‘softer’ than the usual hard cel-shading.
I did some updating here and there as well for Pierre’s day 1, though, as it’s not fully done, they won’t show up in the game. But if you dig deeper into the game’s folder, you can see some ‘unreleased’ contents. Not recommended if you don’t like spoiling yourself

- Changing the fonts should work correctly as intended now. (It won’t stay highlighted as before.)

- Changing the font should now only apply to in-game dialogues. The menu might look glitched but press either option once and it should changes. Not entirely sure how to make it so that it doesn’t highlight both…

Other than that, I’ve also tuned up some of the animations, added SFXs, new musics and BGS. You know, the usual.
As for the story… I think it’s better if you find out yourself, no?
Fixes and Changes:
- A re-haul of Gran’s Assets.
- Dave’s assets have been re-done. He still looks the same, just cleaner.
- Tuned up some of the animations to make it look less clunky as well as adding some new ones.
- Cinematic black bars for some of the scenes.

- There’s now a limit to the characters when entering your name. Entering more than the limit will automatically assign your name to something else. (I dare you.)

- Animations looks a lot more smoother now! (I think anyways. I’ve noticed that fast forwarding will mess up some of the visuals, can’t really do much about that though.)
- Fixed the issue where selecting a different menu after changing your mind about getting the same order as Gran’s would still lead to the “Get what Gran is getting” dialogues
- Equalised the volume of the rain so that it’s not overpowering the other SFX.
- Increased the font size for the Android version.
- All the characters’ text boxes have been reverted back to default. (Black)
- New SFX have been added in older scenes.

- Main screen image has been replaced by a new one.
- Narration texts are now centered, let me know how you feel about it and whether I should just revert it back.
- Named characters now have their own coloured textbox except the main character. (Just a simple re-colour for now. Do let me know how you feel about it and whether I should stick with the default one until I find/make a better one.)
- Your Name is now coloured based on the Orb you picked. (e.g If you picked the Green Orb, your name colour will be green.)
- Added New music, sfx and BG.
- Added the first CG
- Gran and Dave now has affection points. You can’t see them yet though, but it does affect the story. (Pretty limited for now.)
- Added new assets for two new characters. It hasn’t been used yet… But soon!
